How Do I Get Started?

You can sign up directly through our website, just choose one of our meal plans that fit most of your goals and needs. You can also contact us by phone and we’ll get you started right away. If you have special requests such as macronutrient set up, any special diet such as Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Pescatarian, we can also serve you just make sure to contact us by phone in order to get to know your exact needs.

What Happens After I Sign Up?

On the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email, there is an orange button that will take you our easy-to-fill-out Allergy and Preferences form. This will help us know you better and your likes and foods we need to avoid preparing specifically for you.

How Soon Will I Receive My First Day of Meals?

Your deliveries will start the following Sunday (evening) after you sign up.

At What Time Do You Deliver?

Deliveries are made the evening before ( for example Sunday delivery for Monday’s meals) between 6 -9 pm. Food is dropped off at your door or at the frond desk if on a residential building. We deliver from Sunday-Thursday

Where Will You Deliver My Meals To?

We can deliver to any address within our service areas. The food is dropped off every day in front of your door or at a concierge desk. If you would like us to knock your door please let us know.

What If My Food Arrives Later Than The Stated Time?

You will be reimbursed and won’t have to pay for those meals, as long as the fault is ours. We will not be held responsible for any missing meals if they were delivered on time.

Can I Add More Protein To My Meals?

We offer two sizes of meals. Regular 5-6 oz Protein and Large 7-8oz Protein. If you would like a larger amount you can contact us and we will set them up for you for an extra charge.

Do You Have Gluten-Free Options?

Most of our food is Gluten-Free (99%). We do not use Wheat in any of our meals and our Oatmeal is Certified Organic & Gluten Free.

Is All Of Your Food Organic?

We do our best to provide 100% Organic meals. During certain times of the year, it is hard to find some produce that is organic. If we have to use conventional food, we take great care on washing our produce with Gluten Free baking soda and Organic apple cider vinegar. Our Proteins are always organic, grass-fed, and wild caught fish

What Is The Calorie Count On Your Meals?

Typically between 350-600. Depending on the plan and meal. You can find Nutritional information for the meals on our website.

NOTE: We do not recommend counting calories. What is most important is consuming controlled portions with quality wholesome and organic food.

How Often does The Menu Change?

We work with the seasonal crops available to ensure optimal nutrient profile and freshness. Our menu changes on a weekly basis.

How Many Days Does Your Food Last?

Our meals are prepared and delivered on the same day. Please refrigerate when you receive them. They will be safe to eat for 7 days. For best quality, consume within 2 days.

What Kind Of Oils Do You Use?

We use  Coconut Oil and Avocado oil to cook with as they withstand high temperatures. We also use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our dressings, which are made in our kitchen with all natural ingredients.

How Do I Heat My Meals?

Our containers are microwave safe. We recommend removing the plastic lid for a safer heating protocol. Our containers are biodegradable and BPA-free.

What Is Your Food Allergy Policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate and provide service for anyone with a life-threatening food allergy. By signing up to one of our plans, you agree to the terms and conditions and understands that OWN iT is not responsible for any allergic reactions you might have.  We take special care in handling our food safely to prevent any food-borne illnesses, but we work in a facility that handles nuts, shellfish, dairy and other common food allergens. If you do have a life-threatening food-related allergy and have signed up please let us know so we can cancel your subscription.

What Will You Substitute Instead Of The Foods I Choose Not To Receive After Submitting The Allergy & Preferences Form?

You will receive a macronutrient that substituted whatever food you choose not to receive for any reason. For example, if you don’t like salmon you will receive another type of protein instead.


How Often Will I Be Charged?

We automatically charge for the following week on Thursday of the previous week.

What Are My Payment Options?

You can choose weekly subscriptions or monthly subscriptions to receive a 10% discount on your order.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You are free to cancel anytime you would like. We will finish the week(s) paid for; we do not offer any refunds.

Do You Have A Referral Program?

Yes, if you would like to refer anyone to our awesome organic food, you will receive a day’s worth of complimentary food once they subscribe to one of our plans.
